Becoming a real estate agent has been a natural progression for Tracey. Before involving herself in the real estate industry, she gained wonderful professional experience through a handful of occupations that have each contributed to the skills and knowledge she offers to her clients today. While attending the University of South Carolina, Tracey worked in property management leasing apartments. Thoroughly loving her job, this position confirmed in her mind that sales and marketing would be her field of interest. With a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration, Tracey has a keen sense of customer service. As a result, anticipating, listening and responding to people's needs comes second nature to her, and is her driving force. Following graduation, Tracey sold transportation services for the manufacturing industry, and then sold warehouse management software systems where she learned strong negotiating skills dealing with Fortune 500 companies. Knowing that real estate would be her career of choice, Tracey and her husband began in real estate by purchasing properties for investment, as they would rent them for a while and then put them up for resale. At this point in time, Tracey decided to change careers one final time, and she has not looked back since!

 

In just her second year of real estate, Tracey has already established herself as a leading REALTOR? of the Rock Hill & Fort Mill, South Carolina areas. Within her first year of working in the industry, she accomplished such achievements as Rookie Agent of the Year, Relocation Award Winner, and becoming a member of Prudential's Elite honor society - a phenomenal feat for someone who was brand new to the field. Tracey also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation helping people find the home of their dreams. Tracey recently was awarded the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation to provide people with options to foreclosure.  Always keeping her clients in mind, excellent customer service and prompt response are just two of the things you can expect when you put your real estate business in her hands.
